29" Rubi "Push" Tile Cutter

Available in both "Push" and "Pull" designs, these top quality professional cutters are the strongest made by Rubi with 1,000 kg (2,200 lbs.) breaking force to cut the hardest tile from 3/16" to 13/16" thick. Both series have a sturdy die cast aluminum construction for the base, handle, protractor gauge and two 10" long tile support extensions, spring loaded to prevent breakage if stepped on. The base has two zinc plated steel tile support pads that are spring loaded to deflect during cutting. The handle holds both the scoring wheel and breaker foot and slides over two replaceable plastic glides on the single chrome plated rail bar. The breaker foot has two replaceable plastic pads to prevent tile marking. The scoring wheel is easily changed without tools and two spare scoring wheels can be stored in a recessed area of the base. The protractor gauge can be locked in any position between 50° and -50° with preset positions every 15° between 45° and -45°. Dual inch scales are graduated for the width of straight cuts and also for the height of 45° cuts. Six rubber feet prevent the cutter from moving during use.

Cutters include a No. 01975 10mm (13/32") Scoring Wheel, an extra set of rail bar plastic glides, two extra sets of breaker foot plastic pads and an illustrated instruction manual. Case is not available. All cutters have a five year warranty.

The TI-S "Push" series cutters have a spring loaded retractable breaker foot and also a spring loaded follower in the handle to allow it to automatically compensate for tile thickness.
