Trimmers cut in either direction and have a four position adjustable throat feature for carpets of varying pile height. Cutting height adjustments are made by using any of six 1/16" thick shims. Blades are installed from the top and are securely held in position by clamps and lock nuts. Trimmers are supplied with two carpet trimmer blades and a plastic strip mounted on the stainless steel angled wall runner to prevent wall marking. Other steel parts of trimmers are plated for rust prevention.
